Yes. All plans require QuickBooks Online or Xero for fiat bookkeeping. In addition, we require supported crypto accounting software such as CryptoTaxCalculator, Koinly, Cryptoworth, or Cryptio etc.

Each plan offers either an upfront annual fee or a monthly subscription. Monthly payments spread the cost over 12 months and include ongoing access to advisory and support services.
Our Advanced plan includes 2 hours of tax notice response, and the Pro plan includes up to 8 hours of IRS/state audit representation. If your case requires more time than the hours covered by your service plan, extra time will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
If your plan includes audit support hours and you donโt use them in a given year, they can be banked for future use, as long as your business remains an active client with us.
If your business circumstances change during the year โ such as adding new entities, raising capital, or significantly increasing crypto transaction volume โ weโll reassess your engagement. In many cases, this means adjusting your service plan to ensure the right level of support. Weโll always discuss the scope and fees with you in advance so there are no surprises.
