Businesses & Entrepreneurs

Each plan integrates traditional bookkeeping, crypto account reconciliation, financial reporting, and business tax preparation. We provide a bundled approach so your business stays compliant with IRS and GAAP, while being prepared for filings, audits, and investments.

  • Essential: Best for startups/early-stage businesses with moderate activities and compliance needs.
  • Advanced: Adds mid-year reconciliation, quarterly estimates, financial oversight, management reports, and controller oversight. Ideal for growth-stage businesses needing mid-year reconciliation, planning, and AP/AR support.
  • Pro: Designed for established businesses — includes quarterly reconciliation, full controller services, cash flow forecasting, tax planning, and audit/investor readiness.

Yes. All plans require QuickBooks Online or Xero for fiat bookkeeping. In addition, we require supported crypto accounting software such as CryptoTaxCalculator, Koinly, Cryptoworth, or Cryptio etc.

We specialize in integrating fiat and crypto. Our services include wallet-by-wallet reconciliation, GAAP/tax rollforwards, 1099-DA reporting expertise, and audit-ready documentation to support growth and compliance.

New business clients pay a one-time $1,250 fee. This covers setup, initial review of your prior activities, and a diagnostic assessment to identify data gaps or compliance risks.

Our standard model is bundled, but for clients referred by our trusted referral partners, we can provide crypto-only or tax-only services. These are priced separately and at a premium to reflect the added coordination required.

Additional customized fees will apply for multi-entity consolidations, international reporting, multi-state filings, or complex activity such as DeFi, DAOs, and token compensation structures. We will provide you with a fee assessment after you provide us with all the information.

Yes. Discounts may apply when bundling both your individual and business service plans with us.

Each plan offers either an upfront annual fee or a monthly subscription. Monthly payments spread the cost over 12 months and include ongoing access to advisory and support services.

Our Advanced plan includes 2 hours of tax notice response, and the Pro plan includes up to 8 hours of IRS/state audit representation. If your case requires more time than the hours covered by your service plan, extra time will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

If your plan includes audit support hours and you don’t use them in a given year, they can be banked for future use, as long as your business remains an active client with us.

If your business circumstances change during the year — such as adding new entities, raising capital, or significantly increasing crypto transaction volume — we’ll reassess your engagement. In many cases, this means adjusting your service plan to ensure the right level of support. We’ll always discuss the scope and fees with you in advance so there are no surprises.

Individuals & Families

All plans combine crypto account reconciliation, tax return preparation, and ongoing tax advisory. The scope expands by tier, from basic filing in the Core plan to advanced planning and unlimited advisory in the Premier plan.

  • Core: For standard returns with limited crypto activity. A good fit for you if your crypto activity is limited, your return is relatively simple, and you don’t need tax planning.
  • Enhanced: Everything in the Core plan plus semi-annual check-ins, quarterly estimates, and tax-loss harvesting. Suitable for you if you have multiple income streams, complex transactions, or want proactive planning.
  • Premier: Everything in the Enhanced plan and includes quarterly strategy calls, unlimited advisory, IRS audit support, and advanced tax planning. It’s the right pick for you if you’re a high-net-worth investor, frequent trader, or want comprehensive support, including tax planning and audit readiness.

Yes. We require supported platforms such as CoinTracking, CryptoTaxCalculator, or Koinly. If you don’t already have a subscription, we can help set one up.

Most CPAs simply enter numbers. We go deeper: wallet-by-wallet reconciliation, 1099-DA matching, audit-ready documentation, and proactive tax strategies.

There’s a one-time $500 fee for new clients to cover setup and review of your crypto data and tax situation.

Yes — but only if you’re referred by one of our trusted partners. These services are priced separately at a premium, since they require extra coordination.

Custom fees will apply for high transaction volume, multi-year reconciliations, or complex activity such as NFTs, DeFi, or foreign accounts. We will provide you with a fee assessment after you provide us with all the information.

Yes. We offer discounts for multi-family engagements, employer-sponsored plans, or clients who also use our business services.

Yes. Every plan includes check-ins (annual, semi-annual, or quarterly depending on tier). Enhanced and Premier also include additional advisory sessions and email support, with Premier offering unlimited access.

You can pay upfront annually or choose a monthly subscription spread across 12 months for easier cash flow management.

Audit support is included in higher tiers: 2 hours with Enhanced and 8 hours with Premier. You’ll have professional representation when needed.

No problem — unused hours in the Enhanced or Premier plans can be banked for future use, as long as you’re still an active client with us when representation is needed.
