At Chainwise CPA, we value long-term relationships and believe our clients deserve recognition for their loyalty and trust. Our Client Loyalty & Referral Program is designed to thank clients who continue partnering with us year after year — and to reward those who introduce new clients to our firm.

Loyalty Rewards

Your continued partnership means everything to us. To show our appreciation, we offer loyalty credits to clients who renew their service agreement before expiration of the current engagement.

How it works:

  • Year 1: Standard pricing applies
  • Years 2-3: Receive a 5% loyalty credit toward your next renewal invoice
  • Years 4-5: Receive a 10% loyalty credit toward your next renewal invoice
  • Years 6-7: Receive a 15% loyalty credit toward your next renewal invoice
  • Year 8 and beyond: Receive a 20% loyalty credit each renewal year

Example: If your Year 5 renewal invoice is $5,000, your 10% loyalty credit equals a $500 savings.

When you renew your annual service, your loyalty discount is automatically applied to your next invoice — no separate enrollment needed. The longer you stay, the more you save.  

 As 2025 is the first year of our loyalty program, we will honor loyalty credits for all eligible clients for TY2025. Going forward, loyalty rewards will be available only for renewal agreements submitted before the expiration of your current engagement or during the specified enrollment window of our annual renewal campaign. This ensures consistency and fairness in how loyalty benefits are applied.  

 To keep the program equitable, clients who pause services for a year or more will need to reset their loyalty status and begin earning loyalty years again, starting at year 1 when they return.  

Referral Rewards

We’re grateful when clients share their Chainwise experience with others. Our referral program makes it easy and rewarding to do just that.

How to participate:

1. Sign up for the program. Complete a short online form to receive your unique referral link.

2. Share your link. All referred clients must use your referral link when engaging our services.
(Manual introductions or mentions without using the link do not qualify.)

3. Earn your reward. When your referral becomes a paying client (after their first invoice is paid in full), you’ll receive your referral credit.

Referral reward options

  • $250 service credit applied to your next invoice, or
  • $150 gift card (upon request)

Note: Service credits apply only to your next invoice and cannot be refunded, transferred, or converted into other forms of payment.

Extra bonus:

Refer three or more new clients in a calendar year and receive an additional $300 service credit as a loyalty bonus at year-end. 

Program Summary

  • Referral rewards apply only to new client referrals — service renewals do not qualify.
  • Participants must be active clients in good standing at the time of referral.
  • Referral activity is tracked automatically through your unique referral link.
  • Loyalty and referral credits are processed within 30 days after qualifying payments.
  • Program terms may be updated or discontinued at any time with written notice.
